2. Reservations and Cancellations

• Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your booking is accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for dining reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For private events and chef's table bookings, specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking, usually requiring a longer notice period and potentially incurring a cancellation fee. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in charges to your provided payment method.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and may incur a charge.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices listed on our site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable will be the one displayed at the time of your reservation or event booking.
• For certain services, such as private events or chef's table menus, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment methods accepted will be specified during the booking process.
